g(IRL) + Co. is operated by Coastal Counseling & Consulting, LLC, based in Apalachicola, Florida. We offer coaching and community experiences for teen girls and their moms (or mom figures) through a secure online platform.

2. What Information We Collect

We may collect the following information from members and/or parents or legal guardians:

• Name, email address, phone number

• Date of birth or age confirmation (to ensure eligibility)

• Parent or guardian name and contact info (if under 18)

• Account details for Circle.so (username, profile info)

• Communication preferences

• Participation activity within the community (e.g., posts, comments)

• Zoom call participation data (recordings may be posted in the resources section of our private community for members to view)

• Technical info (device type, IP address, usage stats)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Set up and manage your account

• Send reminders, updates, or announcements via email or text

• Deliver weekly content, coaching, and access to live Zoom sessions

• Maintain a safe, positive online space

We comply with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act). Teen users under 18 must have parental consent to participate. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 without verifiable parent or guardian permission.

Parents can request to view, edit, or delete their child’s information by contacting us directly. There will be a per hour administrative charge to produce records and a minimum turn around time frame of 10 business days.

7. Data Protection

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, including:

• Secure login access via the Circle.So App or Site

• Limited administrator access to community data

• Data encryption via third-party platforms (e.g., Circle, Zoom)

• Regular account monitoring

• Peer reporting system

Despite these efforts, no system is 100% secure. Please protect your login credentials. g(IRL) + Co. is not responsible for any data breaches, or any other cyber incidences that may occur due to the use of this platform or the Circle.So, Zoom, Email, or Text platforms.

8. Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to deliver our services, or as required by law. You may request that we delete your account or personal information at any time.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access, update, or delete your personal information

• Withdraw consent for non-essential communication (ex: disable dm)

• Request a copy of your data
